(Dec-09) 79-04	Jeffrey Phillips Jeff Phillips began his career as a Police Officer Jan. 1, 1979 with the Mahwah Police Department. Phillips was a state delegate for PBA Local 143 and was recording secretary for 16 years with the Bergen County Executive Board. He wore Badge 1072 until his retirement 25 years later on Dec. 26, 2003. Jeff died at the young age of 55 on December 9, 2009. He will truly be missed.
